World War 2


This is what I have learnt about the War:

The War started in 1939 and lasted until 1945. Germany invaded Poland and Britain and France declared war on Germany.
Hitler was the leader of Germany. Germany invaded many Countries and tried to invade Britain. Our planes did a good job and stopped the Germans invading.
Plymouth was bombed heavily by Germany during war. The church in the city centre on the roundabout was bombed. It is still there as a memory of the war. It is called Charles Church.

    I think World War 2 is going to be a fun topic to learn about!! I have already found out quite a lot of things and they are very interesting! I am looking forward to what else I could learn about!!

    Its really sad how many people died its realy intesting because it history and i like history i hope it goin be fun all your homework was great jasmine class so well done.
